The ease of installation is a joke. The instructions are missing. The basic instructions are written in broken English, and no one to tell how far the bottom edge is in the position of the platform. You’re left to guess, and hope for the best or making numerous holes and settings – it is not easy! Rev-A-Shelf have to re-edit these instructions to provide complete and accurate information. We have installed this under our sink for sponges hid all the ugly, etc. We also install the baby lock that uses a magnet to open, this is the key very well and is stainless steel. Stainless steel cleans well and is easily removed. It was very easy too. Not sure why they do it in house shops do not have this size or in stainless steel. Rating: 5 / 5
It looks and works well. I installed two of these devices now and I love it. My favorites are the models of Rev-stainless steel platform, because they are stronger and clean very well. Installation can be complicated, but take your time and do it well on the first try. I’ve seen “pro” cabinet installers take two or three attempts (with two or three sets of holes) to measure twice, drill once. Rating: 4 / 5
