Use a little ammonia and hot water. The ammonia is a natural degreaser, but does not harm wood cabinets like many of the chemicals. You can also add a squirt of Dawn to a cup of hot water and use that with a toothbrush to clean their hinges.

Murpheys oil soap or orange oil with a soft bristle scrub brush. Vinegar and water works too!

My favorite cleaning grease or organic stains on any surface is the Dawn dish washing soap. It can be used full strength or diluted with water. I use a spray bottle. It is cheaper to use than other products on the market. The toothbrush does a great job safe cleaning hard to reach places. , Along with the dawn, you never have to buy something else. Try on clothes also to get rid of the spots. Works great in babies also stained clothes. Works on new or dry spots.
