was able to download the program but would not install. hours on the phone with the technicians of the Amazon and the chief architect of the technicians, which does not recognize the error message and the other company blamed for the problem, and the two who refused to refund my money. Amazon really dropped the ball here, and I will not order from them again. I’ve never been so dissatisfied with any commercial transaction in my life. Rating: 1 / 5
I have fooled with the trial version. The software is not user friendly. I have to read the manual online, and have not had time to do that, so I’ve had the product for about a month, and I have not got a thing: (. Rating: 3 / 5
I bought this software and could not get it started due to MacAfee Security Center software I installed on my machine. I spent a lot of time with the chief architect engineer software support. He was unable to help me get this running. He acknowledged that this is a problem. As proof, we have been able to install the software on my wife’s PC has Norton security software installed on it. You can work, but that is not the platform for which I purchased the software. Keep in mind this limitation. Rating: 1 / 5
